  • I do not offer pre-determined packages or a la carte options. Every design I do is completely customized to the couple or client, their personality, preferences, and the unique aesthetic of their event.

    I believe the best designs happen when there is trust, clarity, and creative alignment. I work collaboratively with each client to design florals that support the overall feeling of the day – from the first impression to the final detail.

  • Step 1: Fill out the “Lets get in touch” section of the website! From here, we will determine if our team is available on your date. If so, we will send over a longer questionaire to gather more information about your special event.

    Step 2: Book a discovery call directly on our website. A discovery call is a relaxed, complimentary conversation where we get to know each other, your vision, and what matters most for your event.

    Step 3: If everything feels aligned, our team will build you a proposal with a custom mood board, blooms and stylings page, digital mockups and a cost breakdown.

    Step 4: Sign the contract and pay the retainer to officially reserve your date with Sunkissed Stems.

    Step 5: Sit back and enjoy your wedding day while your gorgeous blooms are loading!

  • Because every event is custom designed, floral pricing varies based on scope, scale and complexity.

    Sunkissed Stems accepts a limited number of events each season and requires a minimum floral investment in our busy season (May - October only) of $6,000. This ensures the level of creative attention, sourcing and thoughtful design we pride our work on.

    Floral design is one of the most visual and labor-intensive elements of a wedding day, and pricing can feel surprising if you’ve never planned an event before.

    For a full-service wedding with 100+ guests — including personal flowers, ceremony florals, reception installations, delivery, setup, and teardown — most of my couples invest $6,000-$8,000. This range reflects the scale, seasonality, and level of design required to thoughtfully transform a space and create an immersive floral experience.

    For quotes on other events, non busy season weddings, editorials or custom projects please reach out! More intimate micro weddings and events will be considered for under $6,000.

  • There are so many creative ways to ensure that you get the most out of your blooms, literally and financially. We’re happy to work with you, provide suggestions and options that fit your budget without compromising your vision. Reach out to us directly regarding your specific event to see what we can do to!

  • We use the platform Honeybook for all of our contracts and payments. We require an initial 40% retainer and signed contract to save your date. After that, the quote is broken up by two additional payments three months before your event and three weeks before your event. In the event that you add on items I’m happy to offer a fourth payment post wedding or event.

  • Absolutely. We offer real flame (venue permitting) votive, pillar, floating and taper candles with hurricane shields that can be added on to your proposal.

  • Mother Nature does not make any two flowers alike, therefore it is impossible to recreate designs in an identical manner. Pinterest boards and inspiration photos are a great way to see what you gravitate towards in terms of style, color, types of flowers and arrangement shapes, but you should allow your flowers to express your unique event! You are not a copy of someone else, and your flowers shouldn't be either.

  • It is normal for your design to evolve as time moves forward. If you decide to change your mind about colors, designs, style, and/or quantity that is absolutely alright as long as you meet the event minimum or are within the allowed timeframe as outlined on your contract. I’m here to work with you and ensure that your big day is perfectly reflected by your floral vision, even if that vision changes in the process!

  • I do not without written permission to do so. If you’re booking Sunkissed Stems as your floral vendor we will have floral exclusivity of your event. It wouldn't be fair to take credit for someone else's design in either direction. If you have a special circumstance or idea, please don’t hesitate to share it with me or ask questions.

  • Yes! Additional fees may include: delivery and transportation, labor, repurpose fee (moving arrangements after the ceremony) rental fees for rented items, equipment fees for larger installations, breakdown or strike fees, sales tax, etc. Please check your personal proposal to see which fees may apply to you! All additional fees will be broken down on your custom proposal so you know what to expect.

  • The best way to start the inquiry and/or booking process is to fill out the inquiry form on the "Inquire" page of this website. As soon as you send in an official inquiry, you will receive an email containing our initial client questionnaire. This questionnaire allows me to get to know my couples and their needs on a personal level, and it gives me a deep understanding of the desired aesthetic for the wedding day. Please fill it out with as many specifics as you can. Remember, it's all in the details!
