I’m Amy, owner and designer behind Sunkissed Stems. As a Massachusetts native, I have always had a deep appreciation for the New England seasons and the beauty they bring. I strive to find inspiration in nature, whimsical and natural in design yet elegant and romantic in quality. What once started as a hobby doing florals for friends and small events has turned into so much more. I can still remember the way I used to look at the local florist when I was working nearby. Full of awe, intrigue, jealousy and admiration. I wanted to learn every single thing about what she was doing, so I set out to do it.
Of all the odd jobs that I’ve held, from wine and food festival planning, to crewing on a 50’ catamaran when I lived in the Virgin Islands, wedding planning, bartending, the list goes on and on. I knew the piece that was missing was the opportunity to be creative and explore my niche for experience design. I wanted to use my two hands and put my visions to life, while still holding space for customer service, client interaction and administrative organization.
I have always found joy and relaxation in the language of flowers, and am a firm believer that they have the ability to embellish a space more than any other feature. I know how much having the right flowers can impact the overall feeling of a wedding or event, and I would be so thrilled to work together to help create an unforgettable experience for you and your guests. More importantly, I offer an eye for detail, a listening ear and an unbiased opinion if you need thoughts and opinions with big decisions. I am incredibly passionate about what I do and I am so thrilled you are considering working with Sunkissed Stems for your big event!
In my spare time I enjoy hitting the beach, hiking, reading, cooking, traveling, a good glass of wine and enjoying a nice meal with someone I love. I love a good spin class, anything by the Lumineers and any view that involves the ocean.
I currently live in Bridgewater, Ma with my husband Anthony, our daughter Natalia and our dog, Kya. I primarily serve the New England Area with a concentration on Massachusetts and Rhode Island but I’m happy to travel wherever your love story may take you.
